With a focus on integrative wellness, we provide a comprehensive approach to support your health and wellbeing. Through our programs, clients embark on transformative experiences that nurture the mind, body, spirit, and soul.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Make the relationship you have with yourself a priority. Whether you're interested in developing a stronger connection with your intuition, increasing your overall mental and physical health, or experiencing changes and challenges that you feel require guidance and support. We'll discover paths to help you emerge with new ways of seeing, feeling, and being. 

Expect to take a deep inventory of how you're sitting in the world at the moment. We'll use a array of modalities ranging from Cognitive-Based  Therapy (CBT) and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to nature exposure, and medical QiGong, as a part of experiential and multi-sensory sessions. Using an integrative approach to addressing your mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and energetic states. Your interests, aversions, fears, and passions play a big part of how your sessions are tailored. We named it the YOULAB for a reason.

Sessions are available in-person, virtual, or as a blended offering if we find a need or an opportunity to change things up. A six session series is recommended and packages are available for longer session series.
